Beautifully decorated. Taste is good. Too much Orange. Icing was way too sweet, perhaps the caramel should not have been included.
After much deliberation, we decided to use cashew cream as the frosting. It was a great combination, not too sweet, and ticked all our dietary requirements. The cake was beautifully decorated and tasted even more amazing the next day..Not a crumb was left. Thanks Jaques, you were a star!
