Lemon Cheesecake with Homemade Lemon Curd, Made in Blouberg
Sharp, sunny and silky. Our lemon cheesecake is folded with fresh zest and our own lemon curd, set on a golden buttery biscuit base, then finished by hand with seasonal berries, fruit and edible flowers. It is the centrepiece that makes the table go quiet.
What is inside
The Foundation: A buttery, golden biscuit base for the perfect crunch.
The Heart: A smooth, velvety filling infused with fresh lemon zest and folded with our intense homemade lemon curd.
The Finish: Seasonal berries, fresh fruit slices and delicate edible flowers, arranged by hand. No two are identical.
Ordering
Sizes: 12cm minis (x2), 15cm, 20cm, 23cm and 25cm. Choose dairy or vegan at checkout.
Collection or delivery: collect in Blouberg or have it delivered. Delivery is subject to location and fees.
Gluten-free: available at no extra charge. Just WhatsApp us or add a note to your order.
Handmade to order in Blouberg, Cape Town. Pick your size and book your date.
Prefer it refined sugar-free? Most of our cakes can be made that way on request. Just message us on WhatsApp or email when you order and we'll sort it.

My husband's two favourite things are cheesecake, and lemon meringue pie. For his birthday, I ordered this cake, and it was the perfect combination of the two. The flavour was phenomenal, it was perfectly baked and the decoration was just as beautiful as shown in the pictures online. I can't wait to order some of the other items on the menu!
