It was the best cheesecake we've tasted. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because, when I cut it, the topping all collapsed down into the middle of the cake and got all mixed up with the cheesecake part. It was as if the centre of the cake was too soft to hold all the topping and so you didn't really get a full slice of cheesecake. It was just the bit around the edges that was solid, where you could get the full melt in the mouth cheesecake feel. I'm not explaining it well, I know :) Didn't look like your cut cake in the pics. Otherwise the delivery and service and customer experience all excellent. Next time I'll try one without the meringue, and maybe pistachios, dry topping.
